The material enters the fluidized bed from the feed inlet; Under the action of a fixed frequency excitation force generated by two vibration motors installed on both sides of the bed, the material jumps along the horizontal mesh plate and is thrown forward continuously; The hot air passes through the mesh plate from the bottom up and passes through the material layer. After sufficient heat and mass transfer, it is discharged from the exhaust outlet, and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet to achieve the purpose of dehydration and drying.

1. High degree of fluidization. The material is evenly heated, with sufficient heat exchange and high drying intensity, which saves 30% energy compared to general drying devices. It can obtain uniform drying, cooling, and humidification products without dead beds, surging, and channeling;

2. The vibration source is driven by a vibration motor, which operates smoothly, is easy to maintain, has low noise, and has a long service life of the equipment;

3. Good adjustability and wide adaptability. The material residence time, material layer thickness, and amplitude drying temperature can be adjusted;

4. Good sealing performance adopts a fully enclosed structure, effectively preventing cross contamination between materials and air, and ensuring a clean operating environment;

5. The equipment adopts a quick installation structure, which is easy to clean and maintain, and improves work efficiency;

6. Minimal damage to material surface. Can be used for drying fragile materials, and the irregular shape of material particles does not affect the working effect
