Quality warranty:
1. The laser tube of normal tube is 3 months, RECi tube is 8 months.
2. The other parts of machines are all one year.

After service:
1. To reply your question or solve problem: within 24 hours, whatever online via chatting tools like: MSN, YAHOO MESSENGER, SKYPE etc, by email or by telephone.
2. Machine will offer installation vedio, operation vedio, manual.
Delivery time:
5-7 days after getting prepayment, usually 5-7 days.
Payment term:
By sea: T/T 50% in advance, the balance before delivery.
By air express: T/T 100% in advance.
